About me

When I first climbed a wall at the age of 22, I was overwhelmed by a feeling I'll never forget: it was love at first sight.

Thirty years later, climbing remains a faithful companion in life, both personally and professionally.

From a young age, I dedicated myself to teaching, and about 15 years ago, I decided to merge my passion for climbing with my academic background in teaching.

I greatly enjoy teaching and accompanying people throughout the sessions and classes. Seeing them gradually gain fluency in climbing is a great satisfaction.

But climbing is not just about technique, physicality, or tactics; it is also a sport where the mental factor plays a key role in overcoming a challenge. Throughout my life as a climber, I have observed how the mental state affects many climbers and have seen how emotional states and internal dialogue can either take someone to the top or limit them to the point of total paralysis. I have experienced it myself.

That's why I decided to train in coaching and incorporate its techniques into my professional practice to better assist people.

I love helping them and watching them evolve throughout the sessions and training, but there is one thing that is priceless to me: seeing the spark in someone's eyes when they achieve something that seemed impossible to them.

For me, teaching is dedication, and climbing is passion.

Both are pure emotion.
